Using assasination types:

Silent assassination:
Hold LB and press X.

Pros:
-Silent, so nobody hears you
-Works best when used behind guards

Cons:
-You have to sneak behind the guards
-It has less of a chance of working

Loud assassination:
Hold LB + RB and press X.

Pros:
-You can perform this while running up to a guard
-Almost always works from any angle

Cons:
-It is noisy and causes civilians to run for guards.


Completion bonus - Kill anyone:
Complete the game. When the Memory Blocks are played again in Story mode
you can slay anyone without consequences.
