Unlock Luka:
Get the target marks in all 11 missions, then go to the mission selection
screen in single player mode and hold R1 to select him.
Unlock Joe:
Complete Campaign mode, then go to the mission selection screen in single
player mode and hold Square to select him.
Unlock Mega Man:
Participate in 100 matches in Online mode, then go to the mission selection
screen in single player mode and hold Square + Triangle to select him.
Unlock Frank:
