Unlock Evilot as a playable character:
Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Morrigan, then press Down.
Unlock Bat Morrigan as a playable character:
Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Morrigan, then hold
Back + LB + RB and press A. You will transform when the match begins.
Unlock Dan Hibiki as a playable character:
Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Donovan, then press Down.
Unlock Akuma as a playable character:
Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Hsien-Ko, then press Down.
Unlock Hsien-Ko's Talisman as a playable character:
Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Hsien-Ko, then hold
Back + LB + RB and press A.
Unlock Donovan's little sister as a playable character:

Power Made Flesh (6 gamerscore points):
Play in any mode with Akuma.
Get Your Feet Wet (7 gamerscore points):
Get victory in three Ranked Matches of X or X' Mode.
Meeting People is Easy (7 gamerscore points):
Join or host a Four Player Match.
Classic Battle Master (10 gamerscore points):
Finish X Arcade Mode on Hard or Expert difficulty level.
Modern Battle Master (10 gamerscore points):
Finish X' Arcade Mode on Hard or Expert difficulty level.
Playing to Win (15 gamerscore points):
Get 20 victory in Ranked Matches in X' mode.
